Who: Couples who attended CCL’s NFP classes or took the CCL Home Study Course before January 1, 2008 (the “old” course) and want to learn the updated method.
This class is free to current members of CCL.

What: CCL Upgrade Class

• Learn the updated method in a single class


• How to use the new charts


• Updated guidelines for charting signs of fertility


• New, streamlined rules for end of phase I and start of phase III


• Experience with practice charts during class

When & Where & How:

To find an Upgrade Class near you, click on the link below to CCL's online registration system. Select Upgrade Class and enter your zip code.

If no classes are currently scheduled in your area, please contact any teaching couple to request a Upgrade Class. (Click on the Teachers link at the top of the page to find a nearby teaching couple.)

If you do not already have a copy, you should order the updated Art of NFP Student Guide from CCL when you register for the class. Please bring it to class with you, since you will be working through exercises in the student guide during the class.

If your CCL membership has lapsed, you will be able to renew it when you register for the class.
